we had a great stay at ponce. it was very close to the trolley station, which was super convenient. the room was spacious and comfortable, with nice bathroom towels and complimentary toiletries. we appreciated the cold a/c, great water pressure in the shower, and the mini fridge and microwave in the room. the on-site restaurant served delicious dinner and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of food. overall, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location was great: a main market and a market were within walking distance. When we checked in, standard queen room with a view was ready. Spent here 5 relaxing days and would stay here again;))

The hotel location was top-notch, close to everything. The room had all we needed, including a handy microwave and fridge, and the staff were super friendly. We loved exploring the town with a tram tour and dining at the on-site restaurant, where the food was exceptional. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was a bit lacking, as our room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 🌟

During my recent travel, I stayed at The Ponce St. Augustine Hotel for transit, and I was impressed by the convenient location, just 10 km away from St. Augustine. The renovated area of the hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The complimentary breakfast, happy hour, and on-site restaurant added great value to my stay.

The minor downside was the proximity of railroad tracks behind the hotel, with occasional nighttime freight trains passing by. However, the trains did not blow whistles, and I found the experience rather interesting than bothersome.

The general areas were beautifully adorned with comfortable seating and tasteful accents, making it very pleasant for senior folks like myself to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for seniors was excellent, with spacious and easily navigable spaces.

The hotel has a wonderful location next to the railroad. The staff is very considerate and the room was recently refurbished and well-equipped with a king bed. I appreciated having a microwave oven, a coffeemaker, and a fridge in the room.
